So I finally plucked up the courage to join a group tonight after messing around since the end of April!Lost 2 st 7 from jan to april on my own but lost my way & has resulted in a 12.5lb gain overall :( gutted but glad I went & hopefully its what I need to get me back on track & to reach target :)

Well done on your loses so far! make sure to stay for class every week is the best tip i can give!

Thankyou Vickyt89 :) must admit I did feel uncomfortable during image therapy bit but hopefully it will get easier as the weeks go on x

It will in no time you'll be chatting away with everyone, I was so scared my first meeting, I actually joined with a friend who stopped after two weeks so It took a lot to go back by myself! Now I love the meetings and seeing how all my new friends have got on. Your all the same boat and there to help each other :)

Thankyou Jeanne Ive woken up with lots of enthusiasm & going to forget calories now & put all my faith in the plan :)

That's good to hear. It seems like you have been getting by on your own for a while and doing ok. Not sure if you have been mixing SW and CC??

Yes you must forget about CC when doing SW, otherwise it will blow your mind. You have to put your faith and trust in this plan and it does work. I know it seems odd that you can eat so much but there are hundreds of thousands of successful slimmers to prove it. It's when people start messing about it goes wrong. There is another lady on here who was switching between CC and SW and we posted to encouraged her to stick with just one plan. She has been 100% SW for 2 weeks and lost 3lbs and is delighted.

I also know that for some, they like the Red plan as they find restricting carbs works better for them, plus they get 2 HEX's. Personally, I like the flexibility of EE but it takes a little longer to get where you want to be. Some people do a mixture of Red, Green and EE. I think it's about taking some time, finding out what works for you and fits in with your commitments. Good luck with everything, I'm sure you'll be fine. :D

I kind of mixed the two & was doing well until my little holiday & then got complacent ,something that seems to happen when I get into the thirteens.I need some structure & hoping the group will provide that, along with no going completely off track at weekends now im getting weighed on a mon eve.4 weeks of food diary at group too which is new from when I last went a few years back x
