Sorry if this is a silly question but if I am following a red or green day can I have double of one healthy extra b rather than 2 different ones? For example could I have the whole tin of Baxters Stay Full soup or do I have to stick to the half tin and then choose another one for my second HE?
Thats fine up to you which hex b you want. Just make sure they are both green hex's or red hex's depending on what plan you are following that day
