    Current BMI: 36.6
    Goal BMI: 28.5


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st9lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st9.5lb
    % Lost 3.71%

    Alternating days

    I usually tend to stick to the Extra Easy option but there are a few days when I often eat meat and veg, with no carbs such as rice or pasta.
    I am only having one HexA and one HexB, as normal on EE.
    Would it be possible to count these days as Original days and sneak in another HexA and B?
    Not really trying to cheat but would like to use extra allowances if I could have them.
    Wasn't sure if I was on EE I had to stick to it all week or can I alternate between EE and Original?


    Lost 2 stone at Slimming World in 2013 in order to start IVF treatment. Gave up the diet due to getting pregnant naturally!!

    1st mini-goal: Get into the 16s completed 28/05/14
    2nd mini-goal: -7lbs completed 11/06/14
    3rd mini-goal: - 1 stone
    4th mini-goal: Get into the 15s
    5th mini-goal: Lose 10%

    I alternate between EE and Red days. I like to do Red days with 2/3 EE days.
