Ive had a bad week. Its my time of the month and Ive had biscuits and too much chocolate and Im starving all the time. I will be happy if I maintain this week but Im sure Ive gained.
What do you all do when you've had a bad week? And what do you do the following week to kick start your loss again?

Don't beat yourself up about it, everyone has a bad time every now and again. :)

After my bad week I made sure I had 1/2 super speed on my plate and I also had "veg only" soups. (Full of just super speed.)
It must have worked because I lost 5.5lbs after my bad week!

Just kick start your mind into gear, get rid of all the bad stuff that you find hard to just have one of, and look up similar recipes and make those. :)

Im usually quite good at avoiding the bad stuff but this week its just not happening!

I like the idea of 1/2 my plate being ss so I think im going to do that all next week :)

I know how you feel, I've had a bad week too and hadn't even crossed my mind that part of my craving chocolate and being so hungry all the time was totm, although the stress in my life at the moment is also affecting my eating. I agree with trying to not have bad stuff around as it's not there to eat then. I'm doing my best to start fresh after wi this morning although slightly hampered by the fact that I have to wait until payday on Monday before I can do a proper shop.
we will get there as long as we never stop trying!

Hi Danielle,

I had a maintain this week, it made me more determined to stick to plan - i'm the same as you with the biscuits. What i did to cut them out was to buy 30% fat free digestives. They don't taste all that nice, and i'm not tempted to eat 10. It worked for me.

Don't worry you'll be slimmer of the week next week :)

This gets asked a lot and I guess the real answer is to draw a line under everything and move on. The more you dwell over the "what if's", the worse you will feel about it all. So the best thing to do is to try and put it to the back of you mind and start over as you mean to go on. A good place is to remind yourself why you are doing this in the first place and to get some planning and cooking done. If you know what you are having for the rest of the week then it takes all the thinking out of it. If you can batch cook and freeze food too, then all the better. :D
