Headingley Slimming World Group

I don't know if this is an appropriate place to do this, I haven't posted in a long while. I have lost three stones attending this group. I just wanted to say how amazing the group leader is, how supportive all of the members are, and a great big thank you to any of you that might be a part of that. In Leeds I find it difficult to find small support communities. It's a big place, a lot of things seem intimidating, or too much of an undertaking. I have been part of many differing diet groups, I have followed many plans. Without this group I have never found success. I just want to say that when you find the thing that gives you your mojo, when it finally works for you, then all things fall into place. And this group is my mojo. And it has taken me years to find.

If any of you want to pop in it's on a Monday at 5.30 and 7.30 at the youth centre on st michael's road. Sorry if this sounds like an advert. i don't mean it to, i don't run the group, but when you find that thing that works for you, you want to share it if any of you do want information, or a friendly face to walk into the room with, i'm more than happy to help. i know how difficult it can be.
