Red or Green Days?
Just trying to get my head around the both plans
As a diabetic type 2 and also Coeliac am advised that the RED days will suit me better ( lower carbs )
Just looking for tips / advice re red days and menu plans - link to them?

Hi welcome along. There are three plans, Red, Green and EE and as a diabetic I think it's something you should discuss with your SW consultant and your diabetic care team to formulate the best plan for you as the SW diet does work - please see this link Individual dietry needs.
However, if you already know you the Red days are for you then it's best you follow someone else who does Red days and look at their diary and the best place to start is the diaries thread Slimming World - Food Diaries
