Newbie

Hi every1 I have been reading posts all wk think this is a great site! I hav got loads of tips an ideas. Today was my weigh in on sw had a great wk lost 4lb I'm absolutely delighted! I have been doin weight watchers since march sticking to it an doing excerise an hav only managed to loose 7lb in all tat time so decided to try sw! I think with ww I wasn't eatin enough tats why I wasn't loosing but wit sw I feel I'm eatin loads all the time! So hopefully this is the diet for me! ? body here I come ?

Welcome! :) 4 lbs is a great loss!

I still feel like I eat a lot (and my portion sizes are getting smaller actually) and I've now been doing SW for nearly 2 months. :) (Next weigh in will be my two month weigh in.)
 
Today I had my dinner at lunch time cause I was taken the kids out an new chips icecream sweets etc would b involved, this evenin after we got home I had a muller light an some fruit cause wasn't to hungry, by 9 o clock I still wasn't hungry! What I'm wondering is shud I hav ate 3 meals or was it ok because I wasn't hungry
 
I personally go by eating when I'm hungry. today I only had my dinner and some alpen light bars!
Do what you're comfortable with but make sure it sticks to plan. :)
I recommend eating something first thing to get your body started though.
