    2nd day on slimming world

    Hi everyone this is my 2nd day on slimming world and would like some feedback on my food diary please. I did slimming world over two years ago an did very well but then got pregnant . I haven't been able to get back to it and now my daughter is 2 I am finally back!!! I am doing it from home this time and doing my weigh in on a sat morn.
    I'm currently 5.5 in height and 11st5lbs weight an in a size 14. I would just like to lose a bit and be comfortable and would love to get into a size 12 . So here goes yday

    2 bananas
    Scrambled egg
    Chicken breast with slimming world chips and peas and light mayo(synned)
    Wholemeal sandwich (hexb) with chicken and mayo (synned)
    Cherries
    Water
    Cups of tea with milk (hexa)

    Today
    Banana
    Grapes
    Tuna, sweetcorn and onion pasta with mayo (synned) and bit of cheese (hexa)
    Wagon wheel (synned)
    2 cups of tea milk and sugar (synned)
    Any feedback would be great thanks

    Hi welcome back the first thing that strikes me is where is the super free? Lunch yesterday there was none ( peas aren't super free) and today there was only onion in the tuna and sweet corn pasta. Super free is really important. Also not sure if you are using your syns allowance these are important as well. Everything else looks good.

    Thanks for the reply, isn't the fruit inbetween meals etc enough super free? Or do I have to make sure I have super free on my meals??

    Agree with the above post ^^

    Need to add more superfree with your meals. The chicken and chips needs some veg with it. The sandwich perhaps you could have had some salad with it? The tuna pasta, maybe you could have put some peppers or mushrooms in it. Hope that gives you some ideas.

    It's great that you are having fruit but you cannot rely on this and need to try to incorporate the one third principal into your meals wherever possible to get the best out of the plan.

    firstly well done trying to get back into size 12 's - hope it goes really well for you.

    like all have said - super free needs to be upped and when you say a little bit of cheese - it needs to be weighed and its a high calorie/fat food. Good luck again.
