    Bad day! :(

Was supposed to go out tonight so I saved my hex's for my tea as we were going to a pub. I ended up not going out and due to me being starving I are left over pizza and sweets.

I feel over full now and huge! I don't want to get into a cycle of eating badly then just working off the same few pounds but I do struggle sometimes!

I guess I just need to work on my motivation but I just let myself get too hungry today

Start afresh tomorrow and put today behind you. Don't worry about it too much we all have blips. x

If you're worried about letting yourself get too hungry maybe snack on fruit before you get to that stage? It was my biggest downfall before starting SW and that's my biggest change.. having fruit everywhere to snack on

Stick with it Clairelouise. We all have days like that and I completely agree with meloncollie, start afresh now and don't dwell on it. Good luck!

If you had a slip-up and still have time before weigh-in, you could always success express for a couple of days to try to make up for the pizza you had

I agree i am immobile for the next 6 to 12 weeks and am worried about regaining but i read up on success express yesterday and am going to try that for my recuperation period....you can snack on any super free food like fruit so i keep grapes etc as snacks for when i get the munchies...otherwise its 2/3 super free foods with every meal and 1/3 free its quite easy to still have lovely and filling meals...yesterday i had an omelette for the first time in months it was so filling and made with spray light was probably the best one Ive ever made! I add onions mushroom and tomatoes all fried in frylight to every meat or fish meal and it really bulks it out so you feel less like snacking anyway

Just remember that one bad day doesn't ruin the whole diet. It's about doing your best to draw a line under the whole day and moving on from it starting afresh the following day. Feeling bad and punishing yourself is not going to help. You can use what happened constructively and think about it for your future planning to prevent the same thing from happening again. Hope you have a better day today

Maybe you were disappointed and that's why you ate those things. But never mind, all in the past and I too hope your weigh in was a good one just to show you that one blip doesn't have to be a disaster!!!
