It looks good to me. Loads of people feel like they eat to much but it's about it being the right stuff. Enjoy!

I am amazed at what I eat every day, and I cant believe how..for the first time..I am actually losing weight without some ridiculous starvation fad diet
My day use to consist of one meal and crisps, thinking I was doing good hardly eating, and the weight piled on as my body held onto every ounce of fat because it knew it wouldnt get fed again until the following day!!
Now I have x3 boiled eggs, 2 x wholemeal nimble with flora light synned melon and an apple for breakfast.
Snack all day on all kinds of fruit, berries, bananas, 62 kcal skips hifi bars synned of course, home made syn free egg muffins filled with veg and ham etc,
Dinner is a meat with either salad, potatoes, rice etc lunch or supper baked spud ...ah the list goes on ...but im losing at a steady pace and feel amazing!! Most importantly I feel full, so no need to quit like other diets iv tried and and failed after a week

I think Claddagh has hit the nail on the head, we are pre-programmed to associate eating less with losing weight and most diets involve eating a child's portion of food all day and having your stomach rumbling all the time. SW has taught us that we don't need to do this and we can eat really well, but sensibly and still lose weight. However, to begin with we all seem in denial that this can be possible and it's only going through the process of eating the food and going to your own WI that will make you see that it truly does work.

This doesn't seem like a lot to me at all - I eat way more!
In fact some people find the more superfree and free they fit in, the less tempted they are to snack on fattening foods.
There's a lady in my group who's a great loser, and she's found that her arthritis is so much better since losing, not just because she's lost weight but because she's actually eating meals and therefore can take her medication!
Made it to target after nearly ten months on Slimming World and now working to maintain between 10st7 and 10st10, have a super healthy lifestyle, and be happy!

Ooh this answers my concerns too, I've eaten loads of superfree and free foods I'm struggling to make 5 syns let alone 15. But then again your food diary looks little compared to mine... so still a huge chance I'm messing it up. Good luck Dannii

This has been my first week on Slimming World (I weigh in at class tonight, eek!) and I have been worrying about the same thing. It's good to have some reassurance!
I was previously calorie counting so my diary is in that forum (linked in my signature) but I'm now marking it with HExA & B and syns etc.
Good luck for your weigh in!
