Targets, how do you know?
I have a lovely consultant who has never pushed me to set targets in my journey and that for me has really worked. I've set mini goals in my head throughout and rewarded myself with clothes and accessories once achieved :D
I've had a couple of comments recently 'you don't need to lose any more' 'your face is too thin' etc. I've never weighed what I weigh now, so I've nothing to refer to in how a certain weight feels. I've checked bmi on sw and 2lb more will get me to the magic 24.
How did you know whats right for you?
