How are you target members doing out there?
I love reading posts on here about everyone's ups and downs towards their target.
I reached Target last October and although it feels great it also raises another set of issues....
I quickly realised that I couldn't slide back into my unhealthy eating habits without having a gain at my weekly weigh in!
True I am more lenient about what I eat but mostly my meals are on plan.
How are other Target members doing....is it hard for you too?
