Hey everyone. I recently joined scottish slimmers but it's not working for me. I done slimming world before and it was great but I got rid of my books. Does anyone know where I could get up to date starter book so I know what my daily allowance is and for syn values?

if you pop into a club you can buy a starter pack for a tenner. I asked in club about this last week as my mum wants the books and she's in Switzerland x
