Polish supermarket shopping

Went shopping today in a Polish supermarket, its fab, now have sauerkraut, rollmops and smoked salmon all free on EE.
I am sure there will be plenty of other things to tempt me too!
I am loving slimming world...8lbs lost and counting

We've got a Polish shop next to my favourite Asian shop they are both brill.

I buy pickled mushrooms & loads of the pickled veggies, frozen cherries are also good & cheap too. For OH I buy dumplings, both sweet & savoury, they also have a large selection of tea bags so I'll get a few different ones each time I go in there.

Be careful with roll mop herring as some are really high in syns as I discovered once due to the amount of sugar used in the process.

I eat loads of saurkraut. I would want to eat all the delicious cold sausage though, which most certainly are not free! You have inspired me to have a little wander round mine now.

That's nice, thank you. JThe rollmops I picked up are 62% herring, with unknown quantities of vegetable oil, onion, marinated in salt. Hmmm.....in Polish vegetable oil is olej roslinny just in case.

I eat rollmops quite a lot - thinking they were free - I have always secretly thought they've probably got sugar in them, but I kept it a secret!
