    Salads!!

    As you may have noticed from other posts, I love my salads and refuse to cook anything while the weather is hot.

    I have a different salad for lunch and dinner every day and never get bored, as some people seem to think I should.

    I just came across this fantastic blog site with loads of ideas for salads, and some fantastic pictures for inspiration - I can never work out the rules about putting links on this site, so I will just say that if you google "salad pride", it should be the first hit that comes up.

    I know some people love it but fruit in dinner just freaks me out - apple with pork, pineapple on pizza, turkey and cranberry...it all seems so wrong to me!!!

    Im the same! Went for dinner at the inlaws ages ago, pork and apricot casserole! Bleugh! "Dont worry, ive done you a chicken breast" thank the lord! I could of kissed her!
