    Help - am constipated and in pain

    I have been back on plan since last week and have not been since Thursday, am now really bloated and in pain.

    Have drunk a minimum of 2 ltrs of water each day, I couldn't find my duculax last night but put my hands on them first thing and have taken a tablet - hoping for some relief later today.

    But does anyone have any ideas....

    16/09/14 1lb loss (puts me back at my original starting weight...grrrr)
    23/09/14- Maintained
    30/09/14- 3lbs off
    07/10/14- 2.5lbs off (10lbs to club10, 2st to target, I got this! )
    14/10/14- Maintained
    21/10/14- 7.5lb gain
    28/10/14- 7.5lbs off

    I find having too much dairy can cause that for me. Maybe experiment with non-dairy hexAs if you think that might be a factor (eg if you are eating more dairy on SW than before).
    Made it to target after nearly ten months on Slimming World and now working to maintain between 10st7 and 10st10, have a super healthy lifestyle, and be happy!
