    I've been doing SW on & off for almost 3 years with a group but no longer feel happy with my group. I've tried a different group but can't find one I feel comfortable in so for now I am going it alone. I lost 2.5st but have put it all back on so need to start properly now. How do people find following the plan without a group to back you up? I have my member pack from my group and a few recipe books but I'm nervous as obviously I will lose the ability to just look up syns.

    Hi & welcome to minimins! Personally I struggle without going to group, I need somebody in the flesh to kick my butt when i'm having a tough week, if I didn't need that I would be perfectly happy doing it from home through minimins! Minimins has everything you need, there are weigh-in groups (choose your day), there are weight zone groups where we all help encourage each other to get to the next zone (i.e 10 stone to 9 stone), There are body magic threads, recipes, if you are worried about syns there is a great syn thread just ask how many syns are in this or that and somebody will check SW online and tell you and many many more threads. Have a good look around and don't be afraid to ask for help! You can do this!!!
