Losing Weight But Body Fat Going Up

Over the last four weeks ive really tried and im happy with my weight loss but i noticed that my body fat is going up i mainly follow Green and More Red Days has any body got any ideas what i need to do to get my body fat down

I have the same problem im guessing i need to exercise tbh
 
I think the at home body fat measure devices are not that accurate. If you have lost water weight then the machine needs to assign that loss to fat or muscle. It really doesn't have enough information to do this.

Obviously exercise helps you lose body fat. I don't think you have gained fat tho.
 
It's very hard to measure accurately. If you're concerned, I'd say exercise is the main key. If you don't use muscle you lose it.
I also wonder whether doing EE might help. My basic nutrition course implied that on the whole it's good to have a balance of proteins and carbs, rather than really limiting one or the other which is what Green and Red do. If you just have protein and then exercise, you may actually lose muscle as the body needs carbs too. It might not matter if you really mix them up a lot but I wonder if it'll help.
