Hey! I'm new to all this. If I'm honest never really worried about my weight until now (23) aiming to loose approx 2 stone with help from SW, gym and curbing my sweet tooth.
Any handy snacks recipes/buys would be appreciated as I'm always on the go....

Hi! Good luck, you won't need it I'm sure. Stick to and trust the plan. That's the harder bit. For snacks fruit and boiled eggs are good and for when the sweet tooth hits you can use Alpen lights (the choc fudge ones are so nice and feel a tiny bit naughty) or there are lists on here for chocolate syns. Things like freddo bars and curly wurlys are pretty low 5/6 syns. My advice would be to have a look around on here as much as possible!
There are also low syn savoury snacks too...like quavers etc good luck
Started april with my daughter (21) which was her first diet and new to slimming world. Took her a couple of weeks to get her head around it but now 2 stone lighter has adapted the plan to her lifestyle.
The things that kept her going at first were alpen lights choc/fudge, pink & whites, mikados, snack a jacks, quavers, velvets, skips, fruit( bananas & strawberries), yogurt and freddo bars.
Hard when you are new but so much help and support on here.
1lb at a time as long as it takes.
Great advice...will be having some of those suggestions myself lol
