Carotino Oil

Massive apologies if this has been posted before BUT does anyone know how many syns Carotino oil is?

I'm new to SW having been a loyal WW for years but found the Propoints just not for me, it's just baffling getting to grips with something completely different - although I do love the extra easy option!

If you find the calories it'll be 1 syn for every 20 cals as it has no free food allowance. Just for future reference, it's best to post questions like this in the 'syn values' sub forum as this section moves so quickly sometimes, stuff can and does get missed xx hth
