    extra easy plan

    I guys I bet this has been asked loads of times, I joined slimming world back in January but can I hell find my books ive found body magic and the F.I.T sheets but not the food optimising book that explains how the plan works, would some kind person advise me on how it works again or even I link. Thanks everyone. Kat x
