hi all i am new to slimming world and last week i lost 2lb which is good i have type 2 diabetic and have an under active throyed gland hate fish don't like milk and am struggling on what to eat board of weeabix so any help would be greatfull like what super free i can have any recepies hope you all have a good week
 
That's a really open ended question. I would suggest looking in your book to see the healthy extras you can have, also read people's diary a on here for suggestions, look at the recipe threads. Think of your favourite meals and Google think how you can make them sw friendly. Well done on your loss do far and good luck on your journey

Well the good news is SW isn't about milk, weetabix & fish!!!!!!!!!!! There are so many other things to eat and that's one of the reasons this site is fab, if you have a look there is 'what superfree have you eaten' thread, take a look at the recipe section and take a look at some diaries, see what others are eating.

Willbeslimjen idea about googling your favourite dish & making it SW friendly is a brill idea, or just search here, I'm sure your fav meal has been posted here SW friendly.
