Extra Easy Need influenced again!!

Hi girls, I've been doing slimming world since May and have lost 19lbs but I've bit a point where I can't lose anymore, either I stay the same, put a 1lb on and then off again and I'm swaying towards eating rubbish food again. I would really appreciate some recipes/syn free snack ideas and desserts instead of grabbing a few biccies. Would really help me out :)
 
I'm currently have a punnet of blueberries by my side while watching tv these days
 
I've never actually tried blueberries before apart from in blueberry muffins, are they sweet? I've been much of a fruit person as it makes me gag but I've forced myself to eat more of it so maybe I'll try them. Thanks.
 
They are sweet and superspeed too

Making some mini quiches with ham as the base are great for adding some superfree to them and they do work for snaking. Or, the pasta 'n' sauce quiche, both taste really nice and you can add lots to them. It's not nice when you hit a plateau, but if you have any diaries from when you started look back at them for some inspiration. Keep digging in, you will get there.
 
Do you have 1/3 superfree food with every meal? Have you tried success express to boost your weightloss? Success express is having half your plate full of superfree, also try and have more super speed, have a variety of foods/meals - having the same breakfasts and other meals the body can get used to it and slows weightloss. Looking at your stats, your very close to target, and this happens when there's only a few pounds left. Write down EVERYTHING that passes your lips, including drinks - syns can sneak in when you least expect. Iv been doing SW for a very long time now but I always carry a small notepad around and keep a food diary! If nothing works in the next week or two speak to your consultant. Good luck x

Do you have a recipe for the quiches?

I had been measuring my healthy extras and having a third super free sometimes more but more recently I haven't been on plan at all, haven't been writing things down and really haven't been counting syns. I'm so close to target but I was sick for a few weeks and couldn't eat much but when I did it was comfort food so from then I've found it hard to get up and at it again. I'm off work Monday so I was going to try and start again from Monday. I also had been doing the shake fits every day and since stopping them due to me being I'll I've noticed a difference. I've only a pound on but the way I feel I'm back to my start weight.
