Reaching Interim Target

When I joined I was told to set an interim target - which I did, just over 1.5stone when in total I wanted to loose 2 and a bit.

I'm now getting close to that mark (1lb to go to get to 1.5stone) and what happens then - I know when you reach target you get free weeks so could I stick at the interim target for a couple of weeks and then shift it down by half a stone?

Is that allowed? Do you have a minimum amount you have to shift your target by?

I think someone here did say 1/2 a stone was the minimum, depends how you feel at your current target, you might want to maintain for a bit or you might feel like you could shift a bit more. I set a fairly low target when I joined because I didn't know about the free classes for target members, so just wait and see. Maybe get to 3lbs under which is still free then you only have to lose 4 more to reach the new target (if that's allowed, I'm sure someone will correct me if its not). Congrats on your losses so far!

Thats only for your final target. An interim target is just a mini one en route to your final target. Something to aim for so the final target doesn't seem too daunting. So nothing really happens, you reach it and then move past it xx
