Have read some really amazing posts on here, people losing lots of weight a week....congrats to them all.
my question is...I struggle to lose a pound a week, with staying on programme...is it because
1 I am an older woman
2 because I have been trying to diet for most of the last 30 years.
3 because I have all my syns every day
4 i am eating too much/ too little
please don't see this as a whinge, I don't mean it to be.
are there any others out there struggling like me??
