    Nuts anyone?

    Just started SW but am confused about nuts. Are nuts a healthy option only on extra easy? My favourite breakfast is nuts cheese and fruit (cheese weighed as a healthy option). would prefer to do original (red) but i don't think nuts are allowed other than as syns. Any help gratefully received. many thanks

    You can have nuts and seeds as a B choice on the Green plan, but apparently not on Original. I thought you could, but I've just checked my Red/Green booklet and they are not on the list.
