Hi all, I joined slimming world 2 weeks ago, first week I stayed the same and was really disappointed as I followed everything by the book and also wrote everything down on my food diary. Although I was tempted to give up I found staying to group motivated me to try again. So I left the group determined to get a weight loss this week, I stuck to plan and also increased my water intake as advised and I have stayed the same again
I am now extremely confused as to what am doing wrong and also where to go from here. I have messed about with crash diets for a few years now constantly going up and down with my weight. I changed my plan from extra easy to the red days as I was worried I was eating too many carbs and my body wasn't handling them well. Although this doesn't seem to have helped either. Did anybody have the same problem, could it be my body adjusting to a new diet? Not sure what else to do.
