Hi,

If I were to have breakfast of bacon, beans tomatoes and mushrooms, tea of chicken potatoes and veg - could I have lunch of jacket potato and beans and still be on track?

Wondering as there would be no meat or 3rd veg etc.

One third of your meals should be either fruit or veg. Your breakfast and tea are fine but your lunch hasn't got any. Try have a banana and some grapes before your potato and beans and you will still be on plan. Plus beans are SS so they are great for quick weight loss
 
Or have a salad with your lunchtime spud?
 
Don't feel that you have to have meat with every meal on EE, you're getting protein in your beans anyway but even so you're fine with a meat free meal.
