Hi. It's my first week and I've resisted climbing on any scales up till today when I went on my mum's scales.
They read exactly the same as they did a week ago, which is very disheartening.
Particularly as I've followed the plans carefully.
If it were different scales I could understand there being a difference (or rather no difference) but it's the same scales!
I feel like I've lost a bit if weight around my jowls and arms, my mum agreed, but these scales....
Any reassuring words would be greatly appreciated!
