Extra Easy Starting again

Hi everyone. I did slimming world about 3 years ago at the end of my weight loss journey I started on ww. Annoyingly over the last 12 months I've regained almost 2 stone. So staring again at home tomorrow.

Lost my books and don't wanna go to group so trying to muddle through with what I can remember and what I can find on here.

Has there been many big changes? I'll be doing EE.
