    Impatient!!!

I am just venting on here.. I am so pleased with my weight loss but haven't noticed anything different yet, perhaps my trousers are a bit looser, but I don't look any different.

I'm so motivated at the moment so this impatience won't cause me to go off track or anything... BUT I just want to fast forward a few months!!

Does anyone else have this feeling of immense impatience? I want it to go away! But I also don't because I'm excited.. argh! Any tips on forgetting about it?!

You've lost 10lbs so far which is great! Some people (probably like you) tend to lose weight from all over their body, so it's not really noticeable for a while. Other people tend to lose from their face or their belly first, which is far more obvious. It took a stone and a half for me to look any different or feel it in my clothes. It's only been 6 weeks so give it some time!
