Hi everyone, I went on hols 6 weeks ago and haven't done sw since ?!! Weighed myself this morning and have put on 5.5lbs- could be worse as I have eaten all the wrong things and snacked on all sorts. Decided to get back on track today- not too down hearted as I know it will work if I stick to it and track everything. Just wanted to say hello as I really find this forum helpful- just trying not to kick myself over the weight I could have lost over the past 6 weeks...
