Doing SW without HEX A's?

Hi, I'm in a bit of a predicament right now..I want to restart SW but not only am I dairy free, I can't have enriched dairy substitutes either..they all contain ingredients I am sensitive to. I can have organic soy milk but they don't contain calcium, hence they don't count as HEX A's...is there any chance I could just drop the HEX A's or are there any foods that don't fall into that range of "something that looks like dairy"..?

There's a doing sw when vegan or vegetarian thread ( think its in the Sw off topic) They may be able to help you.
The heas are there to make sure you get a balanced diet so it's not ideal but if there really is nothing you can have then they are optional. Just make sure you get calcium from other sources like leafy green veg.

I'm not sensitive to dairy but regard milk as being a food of the devil, lol, so struggle with Hexa ... I often just don't bother but make sure that I get plenty of calcium from other sources - tinned pilchards/ sardines/ kippers are an excellent source for example :)

I dont know if this is any help to you or whether it would be a suitable alternative but I have 400ml apro hazelnut for my HeA. I struggled to use that HeA too until I discovered that. Admittedly I dont always manage to use all of it as 400ml is quite a lot x

Hi Judy

I find it hard to have the Healthy A I just don't like milk and often forget to have cheese, I always ensure I have plenty of green veg and Salad fish a couple of times a week.

I can't have lactose, so instead of having milk as my HEXA I have the lactofree milk as my HEXA which is on the list :) I don't know if that's an option for you or not.
