Target!

I haven't posted in a while but I thought I'd pop back to update that after joining SW back in September 2013 I finally reached my target weight today. The last few months have been up and down but I've finally shed 5st 7.5lbs to get to target. I'm not ashamed to admit there were a few tears at the scales this morning! When I first started I never really thought I'd reach my target, it seemed like too much weight to lose. I'm so glad I've stuck at it and I know I'll keep it off as I've totally changed my eating habits over the past year!
