Hi I'm new on here too I registered on this forum today and have my first slimming world group session tomorrow too. I've done slimming world about 2 years ago and absolutely loved it! Good luck x

thanks, i got my first group at half 11 this morning, nervous as to what the scales say....

thanks the scales weren't as bad as i was expecting them to be lol, but im doing ok and my husband is very supportive and helping say no to the bad stuff, hoping for a good weigh day next week fingers crossed.
