Second day on plan and went into asda cafe all with good intentions, but they didnt really have anything there, no jacket potatoes, no pasta, only really fatty foods, well the meal i did pick ive worked out to be about 30 syns!!! i didn't have any syns at all yesterday, and other than this meal so syns today, can i still redeem myself or am i a lost cause? feeling really poo now :(
 
Draw a line under it and start again! One meal isn't going to do too much damage, try going for a long brisk walk maybe and eat super free food for the rest of the day, could also limit Syns for the rest of the week to 5.

Dint beat yourself up you can't uneat it and it sounds like you were in a difficult situation. Just keep on food optimising and you will be fine

I don't know what your circumstances were on the day, but what you need to do if you can is plan ahead.

I would have thought that the likelihood of Asda cafeteria - any supermarket cafeteria - having SW friendly food is probably a bit remote.

Maybe what you could do in a similar situation in the future would be to ignore the cafeteria, go into the shop; and buy some cold meat and cherry tomatoes, and sit outside and eat it, or sit in the car.
 
I often eat in sainsburys cafe and they have jacket potatoes or salad a lot of them do now.

no i didnt have any syns yesterday having turkey and lots of veg for dinner
