Extra Easy HeB / syns in porridge

Hi guys and girls.

help needed please. I've been having sainsburys blueberry and raspberry porridge in the mornings.. (Which is amazing!!)

can an I count the porridge as a heB and syn the rest.. Or is it all syns!?
