Hi all

hope to use this site a lot as I am restarting sw after falling off the wagon and instead of going to group this time I'll be doing it at home

so hope to get a lot of info and give info back here goes good luck everyone

I'm restarting tommorow aswell, went back to the gym this week aswell x I stopped going to class for 4 months so back tommorow morning to get on the road to my target! Good luck

Thanks everyone excited to get back on track lost 1st 1/2 going to classes hoping to get back to my goal weight about ten pounds not a massive amount but I'm very small in height so any weight shows up so easy

I restarted last week. Had my first weigh in tonight and was down 4.5 ibs. Good luck with your re start x

I restarted last week, followed the plan and lost nothing but this week i think I am track for a decent loss (fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow) x
