What am i doing wrong?

Hi everyone,
i have been doing the slimming world plan at home by myself since July. At the beginning it was around 2lbs lost every week and now it is 1lb off one week, 1lb on the next week even though i am doing exactly the same things. I cant seem to get more than 1lb off now. :sigh:
i have upped my superfree foods, stay within my syn allowance, and have even managed to do some body magic too.
I have my daily allowance of HeB and use my HeA on milk but i dint always have the full amount.
could not having the full milk allowance be affecting my weight losses?
 
1lb a week is ok, if you can have the full hexa I would.

Do you eat the same meals day in day out? if so try mixing things up a bit, have a different hexb, etc.
 
I agree with above, try switching up your meals and healthy extra's to give your body a shake up. Maybe try calorie counting for a few weeks and see if that helps? xxx
 
Without being too personal... Are you "staying regular"? I know that I sometimes get horribly constipated on SW, which seems ridiculously unlikely given the amount of vegetables I eat, but I know that the times that has happened to me it has slowed my losses and sometimes given me a temporary gain. Could that be part of the problem?
 
Well done on your loss, I think you need to swap your a's and b's around, our bodies can get used to it. Post a couple days food on here and im sure someone will help :)
A pound a week is nearly a stone by Christmas.

I would say check portion sizes - only eat till satisfied, not stuffed. Also re-read your book and make sure you have free/superfree sorted out in your head. I see so many examples of people having a dinner with loads of peas and thinking its their superfree

Drink plenty of water

I am having my full allowance if heb everyday but i dont always have my full allowance of hea. I also have most of my syns.
I was keeping a food diary at the beginning and i have previously done slimming world before but i think i will go back to keeping a food diary again.
 
It sounds like a plan, a diary really helps me and I re read my book every couple of months to keep it fresh in my mind :)

Try a total switch. So if you do mostly EE have a few red days or a green day.

Re-read your books, try some new recipes, make sure you're following the plan. HEXA doesn't have to be milk, have some lovely cheese instead - on a green day you can have FOUR LOTS OF CHEESE! Amazing!

Or, try a couple of success express days to give you a jolt. Try the scan bran challenge. Soup for lunch for a week.

Don't give up, the plan works just sometimes you have to work a little harder at it.
