Hi i just wondered if anyone could give me some general help and tips? I started SW a couple of months ago and have lost nearly half a stone (yay) however i am currently busy almost 14-16 hours a day with university and part time work. I havent been weighed for a couple of weeks now but want to carry on losing despite my busy lifestyle! Any tips or ideas? All welcome ❤️
