Green Days Did anyone not lose in their first week

Bit frustrated, followed the green plan all week and didnt lose anything, has anyone else had this happen to them.

Hi Lisa, there's so many reasons why you might not have lost. Have you recently been on a strict diet, is it star week or maybe it's a catch up week for a really bad week before?

You can't really compare your weight loss with others as people lose at different weights. Why not post a food diary on the site so other SW members can read it over to keep you right.

Drink plenty of water, use at least 10 Syns per day and eat plenty of speed food :) I've been following the green plan for over two years it definitely works :) :)

Breakfast Mullerlight Strawberry yoghurt with a banana.
Lunch Poached egg on wholemeal bread (heb)
Dinner Baked bean lasagne made with beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic and topped with 28g cheese (hea)
Snack Ryvita Minis (heb)

Have 350mls of skimmed milk as my other hea.

I normally have the same type of breakfast/lunch but dinner I have variations with pasta, rice or potatoes mixed with vegetables. Maybe I am not drinking enough water.

For my syns today I have had flora light at 4 syns and a dairy milk little bar at 5.5 syns.
 
No that sounds ok to me :) persevere! Hopefully it will all pay off for u next week.

Shake things up a little, I've found cutting bread out really helps along with 2 litres of water per day. Another thing I tried was changing 1 meal per day for homemade soup, this really kickstarted my weight loss.

Thanks for your help. I think I may make parsnip soup this week as its the fruit that is on 49p from Morrisons and give that a go at lunchtimes instead x
 
It's recommended but not a rule as it is on ee. I know that I see a difference when I up my super free

Yes me, I can't understand it, I was very disappointed I wondered if I had done something wrong but as the Leader was talking to new people and as the class last week went on for one and a half hours just the leader asking what people had ate for the week !!! I didn't have the time to wait and speak to the lher, not only was I disappointed but also the lady who weighed me was very rude, ignored me when I was waiting to pay carrying on chatting to her friend, didn't say hello, smile or even ask me how I had got on, so unfriendly compared to that other well know class I have just left, might not have been working but at least the natives were friendly.

Is it right that on the Green day you can have two A section and 2 B section selections ?

That's a shame that you had a negative experience :-( I'd be peeved too!
I do green days fairly regularly and have similar losses to EE- when I stick to plan!
It is true that you can have two of each A&B, but syns can be different so always worth double checking x
