Extra Easy Frikadellen

Hi all, I'm new to this, but I love reading all the questions and answers, it's all very interesting. I was wondering if anyone can help me on syns. I can't seem to find how many syns are in a lidl Dulano pork frikadellen. I love these but think they would be quite a few.

A lot!!!!

Free meats usually hover around 120 to 170 cals per 100g depending on the meat, with lamb a bit higher.

Calories 290cals per 100g, with 22% fat content.

Anything above 5%-7% fat level is no longer free. I tend to syn the extra over the free allowance, but i think that technically all of it should be syned.

So in the case of a frikadellen you would be looking at 15 syns per 100g. Which is a lot. I think you could probably make one yourself. It might be a touch dry though:
