I wanted to see the best options of meat that is syn free including sausages etc in the UK - where do you but yours ?

For chicken, you find great value at Aldi. Their pair of chicken legs are down to about £1.10 at the moment. Take the skin off before you cook. Syn free.

I didn't think of Aldi

Lidl is in the next town also may have to take a trip.

Extra lean mince anyone know where is best??

i always buy my mince at sainsburys as they do the 5% one on 3 packs for £10 xx

Oh my mum gets those that's great news I didn't realise they were the lowered fat ones she normally buys full fat everything hehe!! Yet she is short and only a little belly and my dad is wafer thin hmmm my sister and I are not so lucky x

Weigh in this morning and I'm quite nervous but glad to know where I can go to get my freezer filled with good items so thank you x x
