Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

I really fancy making this but the cheese used in the original recipe is Primula Light. Do you think I could substitute the primula with lighter than light laughing cow to use my healthy extra a on this.

Or you could leave it out all together, then sprinkle a HEa's worth of grated cheddar on top when you serve it, I often have my A that way.
