I had this for lunch today

Last week at taster night a girl in group blended the left over speed soup down and used it as a pasta sauce, I thought this was a great idea

I made this tonight and it was lovely. I added a fat reduced sausage chopped up for 1 syn and some tiny pasta shells to make it like a cassoulet type thing. Really glad I stumbled across this thread which gave me the recipe idea. Thanks everyone!
