Feeling fat!

I'm sticking to the plan and love it!! Yet I still feel like the Michelin man.

Bloated and swollen, I hate feeling heavy and non flexy.


Very hormonal just don't know how to perk up today - cleaned home washing on - about to have SW brekkie maybe that will help <3
 
If you're quite early into the plan it's normal to feel bloated. Whilst it's not very nice the good news is it does go away and you'll feel much better. You could try mint or ginger tea for stomach bloat, it's quite soothing. I can't drink any of the fruit teas unless I sweeten them a bit. Hope that helps. :)
 
Thank you :) I will make some peppermint tea hopefully that will do the trick. It's good to know it's normal x x
 
Are you drinking enough water? Could just be a time thing. By Monday you might see and feel a big difference. Hang on in there you will see soon x
 
This week three, I did have two days where I didn't drink much other then hot tea which I don't usually do I have 2litres daily plus hot drinks.

I just needed the warmth and I think that could be part of it. Yep eating lots of fruit and veg too hadn't thought of that.

Keep a wee eye on your salt intake too (including things like soy sauce, stock cubes and some spices like Chinese 5 Spice and Season-all) - it can make you feel bloated because it causes you to retain water. But drinking plenty will help flush it out if that is what's causing you to feel bloated.
 
Feel really down - supposed to go to group and I am not going!

I have as much energy as a squashed gnat, so tired and from our scales I'm not doing well

So close to calling it a day I'm fuming!! I stuck to the plan - I don't drink or be naughty at all!!

Sucks!
 
Just got told I look less bloated so that's a good thing. Had some good news so perhaps now stress is going I can release and do better on the plan x
 
I found after eating lots of refined bread every day for most of my life, I cut it out entirely joining SW, a month after starting I tried some wholemeal bread. It made me feel awful and bloated.
 
I stated eating rye bread instead of normal bread - and today I fell off the wagon I will sort myself out tomorrow and draw a line under it x
