    sw fry if you have the time.
    Omlette
    weetabix with a bananna chopped over them using your healthy extra milk

    35g dorset simply nutty muesli (hx b) topped with a muller light and chopped banana - really filling and keeps me going till a late lunch xx

    If I don't have cereal or porridge I like to save my milk for a hot chocolate in the evenings. Then I would have 2 scrambled eggs and beans (microwaved) and some fruit. Or an omelette with lots of veggies and some cheese! Eggs are a godsend in slimming world!!!

    I make overnight oats every night in a kilner jar - 35g oats, a muller light yogurt and frozen raspberries or fresh strawberries (frozen strawberries are not good). Different fruit and yogurt flavours make it different every day
