Am I eating too much?

I did slimming world in 2012 and managed to get down from 145lbs to 130lbs. I've been off the diet a good long while now and my weight has managed to creep up to 140lbs. So here I go again!

Anyway, I have a rather large appetite and can put quite a lot away, so I was hoping someone could have a look at what I'm eating and tell me if you think its too much? I mostly do extra easy-

Breakfast- Muller light and banana
Lunch- Mug Shot, 2 slices ww bread (healthy extra b) with cheese triangle and a chicken breast salad.
Dinner- Usually meat (Chicken, steak etc) with potatoes and veg.
Snack- Large fruit salad (banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) with muller light yogurt.

I feel like the lunch might be slightly too much. What do you think?
 
Personally, I would say that your breakfast is too small (having said that, I don't eat much for breakfast myself, it really all depends what you can face that early in the morning!).

As long as your salad at lunchtime and your vegetables at dinner time are a third of your meal, then it looks ok.

Thank you. Yeah I would like to have more for breakfast but I'm never sure what to have. I'd have to use my healthy extra b and I like to save that for lunch.
 
For breakfast I make a cheese/mushroom/tomato omlette..... yum! Then I can have my bread (HEXB) for lunch time.

You menu looks fine, just remember to have lots of superfree food with your meals.
