Morning to evening!

Hi everyone
I normally weigh in the morning but because of my shifts I've got to go to an evening meeting for the next couple of weeks. I know in the long run it'll even out, but I've had a dodgy week anyway, so I know I'm going to have put a few pounds on. I've not had a gain yet....need to really try to stay motivated.
What I really want to do is miss group!
Thought if I posted on here it would make me more accountable!!! :)
 
Think about it - miss group and don't find out if you have gained, go to group and find out if you have gained.

Either way, it won't alter the facts.

And you are a sensible person and have already told yourself that in the long run it doesn't matter, so keep telling yourself that. Just remind yourself that this is a temporary adjustment.
 
Lol, that's very true! I'll still weigh the same if I go or not :)
I'm going to go, missing a week so I'm not disappointed leads to missing more weeks....and that's why I'm in this mess in the first place!
