Hiya everyone - Im sadie, 26 frm herts.. thinking of joining slimming world and doing a mixture of green and EE days. I cant quite decide. Just wondering how you have all done on the SW plan? I have lost 3 stone this year with calorie counting from January 2014 but i have now come to a point where im bored and need a change... really want to give it a go but really worried about if il lose or not?? I have a trip to Egypt booked in april with my kids and hubby for his bday and i totally want to have lost 2 stone by then atleast! overall have 3 stone to go... :) any tips advice will be reli appreciated !! Xx
 
Well done on your amazing loss so far...and good luck...i am on EE as i have meat with almost every meal but lots of people on green here to help you if you are a veggie lover
 
EE is super-easy to do and can allow you the flexibility of making meals which your entire family will love and will not be able to tell is part of the plan :)

Green days aren't really my thing but some of my fellow group-members follow the green plan, one of whom is now a target member.
Do what feels right for you, you may find holidays and nights out more easily accommodated on the EE plan.

Joining my local group tomorrow! 27th Dec Saturday! 2 & half stone to target hoping i make it for April !! :) heard theres a new plan comming out in Jan?? Lets see how that goes.. :)
 
Good luck! I do just green days and have had good losses so far. They suit me because I'm veggie! I also enjoy the extra healthy extras you get - I love bread and can still eat it every day and lose weight!
